燃气轮机高压涡轮盘超速预应力试验研究

为了降低涡轮盘的服役应力、提高涡轮盘的寿命和可靠性,对加工过程中未去应力的涡轮盘试验件进行超速预应力试验,并对试验前后的轮盘试验件进行残余应力测试.研究表明:超速预应力试验可以对轮盘的关键部位(盘心)预制残余压应力,残余周向应力计算值与测量值相比误差为 9.2%;超速预应力试验可以降低轮盘表面的残余应力,与试验前相比残余周向应力最大降幅达58%;超速预应力试验可以提高轮盘的服役寿命,与试验前相比寿命预测提升1 倍.
Experimental Study on Overspeed Prestressing of High Pressure Turbine Disk of Gas Turbine
In order to reduce the service stress of the turbine disk,and improve the service life and relia-bility of the turbine disk,the overspeed prestressing test was carried out on a turbine disk test piece with-out removing the stress in machining process,and the residual stress was tested on the disk test piece be-fore and after the test.The results show that overspeed prestressing test can prefabricate the residual com-pressive stress of the key part of the disk(disk core),and the error of the calculated residual circumfer-ential stress is 9.2%compared with the measured value;the overspeed prestressing test can reduce the residual stress on the surface of the disk,and the residual circumferential stress decreases by the maxi-mum of 58%compared with that before the test;the overspeed prestressing test can improve the service life of the disk,and the life prediction can be doubled compared with that before the test.
