摘要

为了研究船舶面对波浪冲击问题时,蒸汽管路的的动态响应及其对管路裂纹扩展情况的影响,本文根据某型船舶典型蒸汽管段的结构特点进行有限元建模,分析了在45 °,90°和180°航向角的海浪冲击下的蒸汽管段的应力响应和位移响应,确定了波浪冲击下船舶蒸汽管段结构的薄弱环节为应力集中区域,最终基于Paris公式计算出蒸汽管段运行期内裂纹尺寸的变化情况.结果表明:在45°,90°和180°航向角的海浪冲击下蒸汽管段的应力和位移响应分布规律相似,均出现在弯头部位,其中90°航向角y向冲击时管路有最大等效应力和位移,其值分别为174.84 MPa和15.19 mm,所有区域的Von-Mises应力值均未出现大于材料屈服极限值的情况;仅在90°航向角的纵向(y向)冲击下,管路的最大等效应力值(174.84 MPa)超过了裂纹扩展门槛值99.76 MPa,会导致管路的初始裂纹(10-5mm)发生扩展,且运行20年时管道裂纹的长度值为1.85 mm.

Abstract

In order to study the dynamic response of steam pipelines and their impact on crack propaga-tion when ships face wave impacts,this paper conducted finite element modeling based on the structural characteristics of typical steam pipeline sections of a certain type of ship.The stress response and dis-placement response of steam pipeline sections under wave impacts at 45°,90° and 180° heading angles were analyzed,and the weak link of ship steam pipeline structure under wave impacts,namely the stress concentration area,was determined.Finally,the change in crack size of steam pipeline sections during operation was calculated based on the Paris formula.The results show that the stress and displacement re-sponse distribution rules of the steam pipe section under wave impact at 45°,90° and 180° heading an-gles are similar,all occurring at the bend.Among them,the maximum equivalent stress and displace-ment of the pipeline under the y-direction impact at 90° heading angle are 174.84 MPa and 15.19 mm,respectively.The Von-Mises stress values in all areas will not exceed the material yield limit value.Only under the y-direction impact at a 90° heading angle,the maximum equivalent stress value of the pipeline(174.84 MPa)exceeds the crack propagation threshold of 99.76 MPa,which will cause the initial crack(10-5 mm)of the pipeline to propagate.Moreover,after 20 years of operation,the length value of the pipeline crack is 1.85 mm.
