某离心空气压缩机的数值分析与优化

摘要
为对比大流量系数离心叶轮设计中曲线元素三元叶轮与直线元素三元叶轮的气动性能,以某储能用离心空气压缩机的首级为研究对象,使用NREC Axcent软件进行造型,结合CFD软件对离心叶轮进行优化,并对比分析了优化后直线元素三元叶轮和曲线元素三元叶轮的气动性能.所研究对象的叶轮为三元闭式离心叶轮,扩压器翼型为有使用叶扩压器.结果表明:曲面元素叶轮二次流不明显,流动损失小,低速流团分布区域小于直线元素;对有叶扩压器与叶轮出口气流进行匹配,扩压器入口攻角在-5~5°范围较佳.
Abstract
To compare the aerodynamic performance of curved element three-dimensional impellers and the linear element three-dimensional impellers in the design of centrifugal impellers with high flow coeffi-cient,taking the first stage of a centrifugal air compressor for energy storage as research object,centrifu-gal impellers were optimized using NREC Axcent software modeling in conjunction with CFD software.The optimized aerodynamic performance of the linear element 3D impeller and the curved element 3D im-peller was compared and analyzed.The proposed compressor impeller was a 3D closed centrifugal impel-ler,and the diffuser was a vaned diffuser with airfoil.The results show that the secondary flow of the curved element impeller is not obvious,the flow loss is small,and the low velocity flow group distribution area of the curved element impeller is smaller than that of the linear element.Finally,the vaned diffuser and the impeller outlet airflow are matched,and the angle of attack at the inlet of the diffuser is prefera-bly in the range from-5 to 5°.
