NiCoCrAlY bottom layer and YSZ intermediate layer were prepared by plasma, and nickel-based boron nitride(NiCrFeAl-BN)and nickel-based bentonite(NiCrFeAl-B.e)top wearable sealing coatings were prepared by flame spraying.Ginding the coatings against TC11 simulated blades was carried out on a high temperature super high speed test rig.The two coatings were evaluated for their abradability at room temperature and 600 ℃ with different feed rates. The results show that the feed rate has a greater effect on the microstructure of two coatings after scraping, but has little influence on the thickness of the sealing layer. With the increase of temperature, the destructive effect of both coatings improves, and the abradability decreases. The abradability of NiCrFeAl-BN coating is better than that of NiCrFeAl-B.e coating under the same working condition, but the value of the height-dependent wear ratio(IDR)of the blades is still larger after grinding against the blades. After the blades were electroplated with the BN coating, the IDR changes from 16.05%to 8.04%with a feed rate of 5 μm/s,which plays a certain role in protecting the blade.
