Influence of Main Combustion Stage Parameters on NOx Emissions of Central Staged Combustor
For the central graded combustor, the influence of structural parameters such as swirl number, axial velocity at the outlet, and sleeve angle of the main combustion stage, and aerodynamic parameters such as pres-sure,temperature,oil gas ratio, and classification ratio on NOx emission are studied through high temperature and high pressure experiments. The results show that when the pre combustion stage works alone, the NOx emis-sions of the swirl number of 0.7 in the main combustion stage are the lowest;as the axial velocity at the outlet of the main combustion stage increases,NOx emissions decrease;within the range of 20°—30°,as the angle of the main combustion stage sleeve increases,NOx emissions increase. When the main and pre combustion stages work simultaneously, the main combustion stage with the swirl number of 0.9 has the lowest NOx emissions, while the main combustion stage with an axial velocity of 70 m/s has the lowest NOx emissions;within the range of 20°—30°,as the angle of the main combustion stage sleeve increases,NOx emissions decrease.
