Influence of Different Metals on Jet Fuel Thermal Oxidation Deposition
The metal on the surface of cooling channel can promote the jet fuel thermal oxidation deposition proc-ess.Aiming at the oxidation deposition of jet fuel on metal surface,a metal substrate oxidation deposition experi-mental system was designed. The influence of different metals on the jet fuel oxidation deposition was studied. The experimental results show that the surface deposition amount of Fe substrate is significantly higher than that of the other four substrates. The deposition amount is 5.2 mg,while the surface depositions of Cu and Ti are only 0.8 and 0.4 mg,respectively.Fe,Cr and Ni promote the process of deoxidation and dehydrogenation and significantly consume oxygen-containing substances.Meanwhile,Cu has the strongest oxidation effect on jet fuel, generating a large number of oxygen-containing components.Substances such as olefins are oxidized to produce more alcohols and alkanes.
