皮肤是人体最大的器官,起着保护身体内部器官免受外部伤害的作用.紫外线辐射、温度、空气污染等因素都会加速皮肤衰老.为了探索衰老机制和抗衰老方法研究趋势演变和研究热点,通过COOC和VOSviewer可视化软件对皮肤衰老的研究趋势和研究热点进行分析.研究发现,皮肤衰老的研究主要分为3类:皮肤衰老表型的研究、皮肤衰老机理的研究以及抗衰功效的研究,其中光老化、氧化应激以及炎性衰老是机理研究的热点.随着分子对接、人工智能等技术手段在抗衰功效物开发上的应用,将会有更多的抗衰功效原料涌现.
Visualization analysis of skin aging research hotspots based on COOC and VOS viewer
Human skin is the largest organ in the body and protects our internal organs from the external world.Different kinds of environment stressors,for example,ultraviolet radiation,temperature,air pollutants,accelerate skin aging.In order to explore the research progress of the mechanism of skin aging and the anti-aging strategy,this article provides the direction for the in-depth research of anti-aging.In this paper,COOC and VOSviewer visualization software are used to analyze the research trends and hotspots of skin aging.It is found that there are three types of studies on skin aging,namely,phenotype of skin aging,skin aging mechanism and anti-aging performance.The mechanism research focuses on photoaging,oxidative stress and inflammatory aging.Molecular docking and other methods are widely used in the study of new anti-aging bioactive compounds.
