日本平易语言视域下的医疗用语优化研究

摘要
有关语言信息的简化及优化问题,应用语言学领域积累了丰富的方案与案例.作为涉及医疗用语优化的探索性研究,研究过程广泛参考了日本平易语言研究的相关理论,整理、设计了适用于医疗用语的优化方案.尝试在医疗用语优化的过程中应用该方案并通过评价实验,对其优化效果进行验证.实验结果表明,日本平易语言研究的思路与方法在医疗用语优化工作中展现了一定的有效性.对于优化效果理想及不理想内容的分析结果表明,创造性隐喻的使用可能会提升医疗用语的优化效果,而无法满足"重视患者视角"的文本内容选择很可能会限制甚至干扰语言信息的优化效果.
Abstract
The field of applied linguistics has accumulated a wealth of solutions and case studies regarding the simplification and optimization of language information.As an exploratory study involving the optimization of medical language,the research process extensively refers to relevant theories in the field of plain language research in Japan.A suitable optimization scheme for medical language is formulated and designed based on these theories.The scheme is then applied in the process of optimizing medical language,and its effectiveness is validated through evaluation experiments.The experimental results indicate that the ideas and methods from plain language research in Japan demonstrate a certain effectiveness in the optimization of medical language.The analysis of the results regarding ideal and non-ideal optimization outcomes suggests that the use of creative metaphors may enhance the optimization effectiveness of medical language,while the selection of text content that fails to prioritize the patient's perspective may restrict or even disrupt the optimization of language information.
