几种竹凉席甲醛释放量检测方法探讨

采用水萃取法、40 L干燥器法、(9~11)L干燥器法分别对竹凉席甲醛释放量进行检测,并对测试数据进行分析。研究发现,(9~11)L干燥器法测定甲醛释放量,取样面积相对较大,其试验结果波动较小,相比水萃取法、40 L干燥器法,具有更好的稳定性和复现性。建议LY/T 1843—2009《竹席》、GB/T 23114—2008《竹编制品》两个标准中甲醛释放量的检测方法统一,采用水萃取法、(9~11)L干燥器法两种方法分别进行测试,两者同时符合要求的产品才能正常使用。
Formaldehyde emission from summer bamboo sleeping mat was determined by several methods including: water extraction, 40 L desiccation method, and (9~11) L desiccation method, respectively. Research data showed that the formaldehyde emission content tested by (9~11) L desiccation method was more stable and consistent than water extraction method and 40 L desiccation method. It was suggested that summer sleeping mat standard LY/T 1843—2009 and GB/T 23114—2008 should be normalized, water extraction and (9-11) L desiccation method should be employed respectively, and only products that meet requirements from both methods can be recognized as qualifi ed.
