刨花板的"胀尺"评价方法初探

摘要
近年来,刨花板在定制家居大幅面应用时出现了较多的"胀尺"质量问题,为了规范刨花板质量、推动刨花板的应用,本文介绍了2种现行国内外标准中有关人造板尺寸稳定性的测试方法,并按照标准方法测试了3组不同种类刨花板幅面和厚度尺寸的变化,分析测试方法对测试结果的影响,以期为刨花板产品尺寸稳定性快速测试方法以及指标的设计提供参考.
Abstract
This study addresses quality issues related to the linear expansion of particleboard in interior applications.Two existing standards for testing the dimensional stability of wood-based panels were introduced,and three types of particleboard were evaluated using these methods.The influence of testing methods on the results was analyzed,providing a reference for developing dimensional stability specifications for particleboard products.
