介绍了胶合板生产用BY214×8/6-30-90智能装卸板30层热压机组的结构、技术特点、性能参数以及应用情况,重点对其智能控制系统、液压系统、加热系统和自动装卸板系统进行了详细阐述,以期为胶合板生产用多层热压机的研制或生产提供技术参考.
Abstract
This study presents the structure,technical features,performance parameters,and applications of the BY214×8/6-30-90 intelligent multi-layer hot press.The key systems,including the intelligent control,hydraulic,heating,and automatic loading/unloading systems,are analyzed in detail.The findings provide a valuable technical reference for the design and manufacturing of multi-layer hot presses in plywood production.
