To achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goal and complete the self-revolution is an impor-tant measure for China to subvert the energy structure and restructure the new energy system.The traditional printing and dyeing industry in Zhoukou city,also urgently needs to change its current development model in order to practice the new concept of energy development,green development transition in this context.The textile industry is one of the pillar indus-tries in Zhoukou city.There are more than 281 textile enterprises above designated size in the city,with an annual output value of up to 35 billion yuan.The importance of low-carbon economic development has been sorted out,and the current development status of the printing and dyeing industry in Zhoukou City has been analyzed.Based on this,the development trend of the printing and dyeing industry in Zhoukou City under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality has been predicted,pointing out the direction for the transformation and development of the printing and dyeing industry in Zhoukou City.
