Using Industry 4.0 one-to-one customization and bridging techniques,the materials and processes pro-duced by the bulk of the workshop are simulated under the same conditions to obtain accurate dyeing formulations.The dyeing formulations then transferred to the centralized dyeing control system,enabling the workshop to successfully dye once and increasing the success rate of dyeing once.
