The entire processing sequence,from pre-treatment through dyeing to post-treatment,involves extensive chemical processes using dyes,auxiliaries,and other substances.A large amount of energy,thermal energy,and water are consumed in each process.It is difficult to treat wastewater because this water has high electrical conductivity and COD.Through extensive production practices,the company's independently developed ecological enzyme pre-treatment,new re-active dye dyeing short-process technology,and soap-free washing post-treatment are summarized.These processes offer advantages such as low-temperature gentleness,short cycles,and soap-free washing,significantly reducing electrical con-ductivity,COD,and mitigating pollution and emissions.
