Formation and prevention of uneven dyeing in dyeing of cotton textiles by pad-dyeing
The reasons for the occurrence of uneven dyeing in the special color turquoise blue during the immer-sion dyeing process of reactive dye cotton textiles is analyzed.It proposes improved methods for addressing these issues.The selection of mixed reactive dyes should pay attention to the consistency of dye migration values(R/f).The pH of the material before dyeing,capillary effect,and the pre-treatment residue should be controled stvictly within allowable range.Dyeing initial temperature,pH,and salt addition process are designed in accordance with the dye affinity.
