摘要

地毯数码喷射印花机大多采用阀喷技术,通过模组喷头内部的电磁线圈吸附阀片开度来控制色浆流量.每一模组由8个喷头组成,用一块驱动板进行控制.一种颜色需要32个模组配色,需32块驱动板控制.配置为10色的印花机则需要320个驱动板、2 560个喷头.虽然印花机有在线监测喷头及驱动板功能,但对如此数量的喷头及驱动板进行在线检测,效率低且影响生产效率.因此有必要开发一款离线综合测试平台,来实现对喷头及其驱动板的检测.

Abstract

Most carpet digital jet printing machines use valve spraying technology,which controls the color paste flow rate by adsorbing the valve opening through the electromagnetic coil inside the module nozzle.Each module is com-posed of 8 nozzles,which are controlled by a drive board.A color requires 32 module color schemes and 32 driver boards for control.A 10 color printing machine requires 320 drive boards and 2 560 nozzles.Although the printing machine has the function of online monitoring of nozzles and drive boards,conducting online detection on such a large number of noz-zles and drive boards is inefficient and affects production efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to develop an offline compre-hensive testing platform to achieve detection of the nozzle and its driver board.
