In response to the practical problems of land shortage,mismatched production capacity and land resourc-es faced by Shengze printing and dyeing enterprises entering the park,as well as the common problems existing in multi-level and high-rise printing and dyeing factories,the Textile Design Institute has designed a new type of printing and dye-ing factory from multiple aspects such as process design,logistics flow,overall layout,architectural design,and sewage treatment system.This design breaks the conventional design pattern of printing and dyeing factories,saves land and costs,maintains smooth production processes,achieves intelligent production in the factory,and achieves the expected results of the owners.It is worth promoting in the current high-end intelligent energy-saving and emission reduction cluster area in the printing and dyeing industry.
