Research on clean and environmentally friendly molten salt furnace and energy saving device for waste heat recovery from smoke
The structural type of natural gas fired vertical cylindrical molten salt furnace was analyzed,and the structural composition of biomass diesel fired vertical cylindrical molten salt furnace was studied.The mechanical combus-tion device and the structural characteristics of the vertical circular coil type furnace body of the biomass fixed sulfur coal molten salt furnace are discussed.The common structural types of energy-saving devices for the recovery and utilization of waste heat from flue gas in molten salt furnaces are explored,including convection type heat exchangers,radiation type heat exchangers,heat pipe type heat exchangers,and waste heat boilers.
