论纺织业高质量发展的法治保障

摘要
法治是最好的营商环境,市场经济本质上就是一种法治经济.强化纺织业高质量发展的法治保障体系,不仅是推动新时代经济社会高质量发展的内在需求,也是贯彻落实法治中国战略部署的必然要求.为了全面构建和完善纺织业高质量发展的法治保障体系,对纺织业高质量发展进行法治现状回顾和法治问题剖析,从纺织业前端设计研发、中端生产运营、后端循环回收等3个阶段提出具体的法治策略和制度安排.
Abstract
The rule of law is the best business environment,and the market economy is essentially a law-based economy.Strengthening the legal guarantee system for the high-quality development of the textile industry is not only an internal demand for promoting high-quality economic and social development in the new era,but also an inevitable require-ment for implementing China's strategic deployment of the rule of law.In order to comprehensively construct and improve the legal guarantee system for the high-quality development of the textile industry,the status quo of the legal development of the high-quality development of the textile industry is reviewed and the legal problems,and proposes specific legal strat-egies and institutional arrangements are analyzed from three stages of front-end design and research,mid-end production and operation,and back-end recycling of the textile industry.
