摘要
醋纤长丝与棉交织后手感柔软滑爽,可用于生产高档织物.采用不同的染色顺序及工艺对醋酯和棉织物进行染色,并测试织物的K/S值和耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度,探究优化染色工艺.结果表明,优化工艺为:染醋酯→还原清洗→染棉→皂洗,耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度可达到4～5级.
Abstract
The fabric interwoven with cotton of acetate filament is soft and smooth to the touch and can be used to produce high-grade fabrics.Acetate and cotton fabrics were dyed with different dyeing sequences and processes,and the K/S value and the color fastness to soaping and rubbing were tested to explore the best dyeing process.The results show that the best process is as follows:dyeing acetate → reduction cleaning → dyeing cotton → soaping,and the color fastness to soaping and rubbing can reach 4～5 grade.
