摘要
以对硝基苯胺和硫氰酸铵为原料,在硫酸的催化作用下进行多级连续化反应合成对硝基苯基硫脲.通过单因素变量法探究了原料物质的量比、体系酸值、反应温度和反应时间等参数对反应的影响.由研究数据得出的优化反应条件为:硫氰酸铵与对硝基苯胺物质的量比1.55∶1.00、体系酸值32.5%、反应温度96℃、反应时间约19 h,结果表明产品纯度在97%以上,收率约为83.4%.
Abstract
P-nitrophenyl thiourea is synthesized through multistage continuous reaction using p-nitroaniline and ammonium thiocyanate as raw materials under the catalysis of sulfuric acid.The effects of preparation conditions,including the molar ratio of raw materials,acid value,reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction,are investigated by sin-gle factor variable method.The optimum reaction conditions are obtained as follows:the molar ratio of ammonium thiocya-nate to p-nitroaniline 1.55∶1.00,acid value 32.5%,reaction temperature 96℃,reaction time about 19 h.The results show that the purity of the product is above 97%and the yield is about 83.4%.
