摘要
面料设计以海藻纤维与Lyocell为原料,探究竹节纱纺纱工艺,混纺纱经过前处理和染色得到经纬纱线,同时探究色织面料的生产流程及关键参数,并测试面料的各项性能.结果表明,所开发面料指标满足产品开发需求,该类产品具有广阔的市场前景.
Abstract
The fabric design uses seaweed fiber and Lyocell as raw materials,and the bamboo yarn spinning pro-cess is explored.The blended yarn is pretreated and dyed to obtain warp and weft yarn.At the same time,the production process and key parameters of the yarn-dyed fabric are explored,and various properties of the fabric are tested.The re-sults show that the developed fabric index can meet the needs of product development,and this kind of product has a broad market prospect.
