水性有机硅高弹涂层胶FS-855K的合成及应用

摘要
以线性体羟基硅油、乳化剂、硅烷偶联剂为主要原料,加水乳化后,在30~40 MPa压力下经匀质制成硅乳液.采用低温催化聚合反应制成基础硅树脂,经中和、增稠后,加入交联及催化组分,即得到一种织物用水性有机硅高弹涂层胶.考察了乳化剂用量、偶联剂用量、交联及催化体系对织物涂层后的弹性、抗皱性及牢度的影响.结果表明,水性有机硅高弹胶具有良好的弹性,涂层后可以有效提升织物的回弹性、抗皱性能.
Abstract
With linear hydroxyl silicone oil,emulsifier and silane coupling agent as the main raw materials,the sili-cone lotion is prepared by homogenization under the pressure of 30-40 MPa after emulsification with water.Using low-tem-perature catalytic polymerization reaction to produce basic silicone resin,after neutralization and thickening,crosslinking and catalytic components are added to obtain a water-based organic silicon high elastic coating adhesive for fabrics.The ef-fects of emulsifier dosage,coupling agent dosage,crosslinking and catalytic system on the elasticity,wrinkle resistance,and fastness of fabric coating were investigated.The results indicate that this water-based organic silicon high elastic adhesive has good elasticity,and after coating,it can effectively improve the resilience and wrinkle resistance of the fabric.
