摘要

对比不同羊毛含量混纺弹力面料的纱线断裂强力变化,优化生产方法,并使其具有抗皱性能.结果表明优化工艺参数为:羊毛质量分数50%以上,莱卡4%,纬弹采用包并纺纱,牵伸倍数2.5倍,捻系数220~200(毛含量越高,捻系数越低),纬经比例0.9,总紧度118.采用以上工艺参数生产的面料抗皱性能最佳4级及以上,断裂强力最好,手感适中,所有性能可以兼顾.

Abstract

The yarn strength changes of blended elastic fabrics with different wool contents were compared,and the production methods was optimized to make them have wrinkle resistance performance.The results showed that the opti-mized process parameters were as follows:mass fraction of wool above 50%,Lycra 4%,weft elasticity using bundle spin-ning,draft ratio 2.5 times,twist coefficient 220~200(the higher the wool content,the lower the twist coefficient),weft warp ratio 0.9,and total tightness 118.The fabric produced using the above process parameters had the best wrinkle resistance of level 4 or above,the best breaking strength,and a moderate hand feel,all of which could be considered.
