摘要
棉/氨纶弹力面料具有良好的吸湿性、透气性、柔软手感,且有良好的伸缩性,但面料在穿着和洗涤过程中不能保持平整的外观.通过筘幅设计、纱线预定形工艺优化、浆纱配方优化、整理工艺优化后,面料的缩水率、撕破强力、拉伸强力、弹性、平整度均达到测试指标.
Abstract
Cotton/spandex elastic fabric has good moisture absorption,breathability,soft hand feel,and good elas-ticity,but the fabric cannot maintain a flat appearance during wearing and washing.After optimizing the reed width design,yarn shaping process,sizing formula,and finishing process,the shrinkage rate,tear strength,tensile strength,elasticity,and flatness of the fabric all meet the testing indicators.
