微塑料对人体和自然环境的危害较大,而纺织印染加工中的微塑料污染较为严重,纺织企业要引进先进的检测方法,采用有效措施,提高管理水平,有效管控微塑料所带来的负面影响。在纺织印染加工环节,可借助红外光谱检测、荧光显微镜检测、拉曼光谱法检测等技术,检测出微塑料的含量、分布,但更重要的是寻求可替代材料,及时设备更新,加强内部管理控制,提高微塑料管理水平,减少微塑料污染。
Study on prevention of microplastics pollution in textile printing and dyeing
Microplastics are more harmful to the human body and the natural environment,and the microplastics pollution in textile printing and dyeing processing is more serious.Textile enterprises should introduce advanced detection methods,adopt effective measures,improve management level,and effectively control the negative impact of microplastics.In the textile printing and dyeing process,the content and distribution of microplastics can be detected with the help of infrared spectroscopy detection,fluorescence microscopy detection,Raman spectroscopy detection and other technologies,but it is more important to seek alternative materials,timely equipment updates,strengthen internal management control,improve the management level of microplastics,in order to reduce microplastics pollution.
