亲水性氨基硅油的制备技术经历了由侧链基团改性向主链基团改性的发展演变,侧链改性主要包括侧链环氧聚醚硅油的氨化制备、聚醚改性氨基硅烷偶联剂与线性羟基聚硅氧烷的共聚改性、环氧丁基聚醚对侧链氨基硅油的改性制备。随着主链嵌段技术的成熟,改性基团全部从侧链转变为主链接枝改性,主链改性主要包括端环氧硅油与四甲基双端叔氨的嵌段共聚制备、端环氧硅油与端叔氨聚醚胺及端仲氨聚醚胺的嵌段共聚制备,端环氧聚醚硅油与聚醚胺的嵌段共聚制备。探讨其结构与应用性能之间的构效关系,为后续生产实践中能够根据织物所要达到的应用性能,精准设计出与之对应的改性有机硅结构奠定了基础。
Technical progress in the preparation of hydrophilic amino silicone oil
The preparation technology of hydrophilic amino silicone oil has undergone an evolution from the modifi-cation of side chain groups to the modification of main chain groups.The side chain modification mainly includes the prep-aration of side chain epoxy polyether silicone oil by amination,the copolymerization modification of polyether modified ami-no silane coupling agent and linear hydroxyl polysiloxane,the modification of side chain amino silicone oil by epoxy butyl pdyether.With the maturity of main chain block technology,all the modified groups are changed from side chain to main chain branching.The main chain modification mainly includes the preparation of block copolymerization of end-epoxy sili-cone oil with tetramethylbis-tertiary amine,the preparation of block copolymerization of end-epoxy silicone oil with end-tertiary amine polyether amine and end-secondary amine polyether amine,and the preparation of block copolymerization of end-epoxy polyether silicone oil with primary amine polyether amine.The conformational relationships between their struc-tures and application properties are explored,laying the foundation for the subsequent production practice to be able to ac-curately design the corresponding modified silicone structures according to the application properties to be achieved by the fabric.
