摘要
使用艳丽牢活性红2B、黄5G、蓝3R等3只染料对锦纶66织物进行染色,研究了染液pH、促染剂种类、促染剂用量对得色量的影响,并分析了其上染曲线和提升力曲线.艳丽牢活性染料上染锦纶66的优化工艺为:染液pH 4.5～5.0,氯化钙10%(omf),分级升温到98℃保温40 min.优化工艺染色后的锦纶66织物具有优良的耐摩擦色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度和耐水洗色牢度.3只艳丽牢染料均具有较好的配伍性和较高的染色提升力.
Abstract
The dyeing of nylon 66 fabric was carried out using three dyes,namely ERIOFAST red 2B,yellow 5G,and blue 3R.The effects of dyeing solution pH,dyeing promoter types and dosage on the color yield were studied,and the dyeing curve and lifting force curve were analyzed.The optimized dyeing process of nylon 66 with ERIOFAST reactive dye was as follows:dyeing solution pH 4.5～5.0,calcium chloride 10%(omf),step heating to 98℃for 40 min.The dyed nylon 66 fabric under the optimal process had excellent color fastness to friction,sweat,soap,and water washing.Furthermore,all three ERIOFAST dyes exhibited high dyeing enhancement power.
