Water-saving evaluation of construction projects is an effective means to ensure the scientific and reasonable water use of construction projects,and the printing and dyeing industry is a high water consumption industry in China,so improving the industry water efficiency plays an important role in the construction of a water-saving society.Based on the water saving evaluation content in the water resources demonstration report of printing and dyeing technology transformation project,the water use situation of the project was analyzed,water saving compliance was evaluated through the rationality of water saving policy and the advanced level of water use,and the existing water-saving measures were evaluated and the existing water-saving potential was analyzed.
