摘要
研究对象为羊毛/天丝混纺单面起绒、反面横条假毛圈面料,平整面为正面.研究起毛柔软整理工艺及起毛工艺对织物外观、手感、强力、保暖、防风、抗起球等性能的影响,最终确定了优化起毛柔软整理工艺和起毛工艺.结果表明:织物的外观和手感得到显著改善,并增强了保暖性能和防风性能.
Abstract
The research subject is a single-sided fleece,wool/Tencel blended reverse cross-stripe pseudo terry fab-rics,while the face side is flat.The effects of the napping and softening finishing process and the pilling process on the fabric's exterior,hand feel,strength,thermal insulation,wind resistance and anti-pilling were studied.The optimal pilling and softening finishing process and the pilling process were finally determined.The results show that the appearance and hand feel of the fabric are significantly improved,the thermal insulation and wind resistance are enhanced as well.
