摘要
针对锦/棉混纺织物印花时印花均匀度差的难题,对锦/棉混纺织物的前处理工艺、染料的用量、色浆的调制工艺等进行优化,确定酸性/还原染料同浆印花工艺,解决了布面均匀度问题,而且面料各项色牢度指标符合要求.
Abstract
To address the problem of poor printing uniformity during the printing of nylon/cotton blended fabrics,the pretreatment process,dye dosage,and color paste modulation process of nylon/cotton blended fabrics were optimized.The acid/reducing dyes paste printing process was determined,which greatly improved the uniformity of the fabric surface and met the requirements for various color fastness indicators.
