摘要
为了提取外套在穿着状态下的内部空间量分布特征并构建带松量的服装模型,利用三维扫描技术获取服装模型与人体模型,在Geomagic软件中对模型进行对齐处理并在人体模型中定义10个特征点和10个特征面,使用其中的7个特征水平面截取人体-服装模型,获得多个截面轮廓来分析空间量分布特征.根据空间量特征利用样条曲线构建服装松量线框模型,通过几何展开的方式将模型转换为服装样板,并导入虚拟试衣软件中验证.结果表明,由样条曲线生成的服装松量线框模型展开后样板试穿效果与原外套相同.该模型后续可用于个性化服装样板开发.
Abstract
In order to extract the internal space quantity distribution characteristics of coat in a worn state and build a clothing model with ease,the clothing model and the human body model were obtained using 3D scanning technolo-gy.The model was aligned in the Geomagic software,and 10 feature points and 10 feature planes were defined in the hu-man body model.The body-clothing model was captured using 7 feature horizontal planes.Multiple section profiles were obtained to analyze the space quantity distribution characteristics.According to the characteristics of space quantity,a gar-ment ease wireframe model was constructed by spline curve,which was transformed into a garment pattern by geometric ex-pansion.The pattern was imported into the virtual fitting software for verification.The result showed that the fitting effect of garment ease wireframe model generated by spline curve was the same as the original coat.The model could be used to develop personalized clothing patterns.
