摘要
以某大型印染企业为例,针对其废水温度较高、存在热污染的现状,在污水源热泵系统的基础上加上一套预热系统组成印染废水余热回收系统,并对该系统的工艺参数进行选型设计.理论分析计算结果表明,该系统能够取得较高的经济效益,具有潜在的应用价值.
Abstract
To explore the reuse of waste heat from dyeing and finishing wastewater,a case study is conducted on a large-scale dyeing enterprise,which faces issues of high wastewater temperatures and thermal pollution.Utilizing a sewage source heat pump system,an additional preheating component is integrated to develop a waste heat recovery system for dye-ing and finishing wastewater.The design parameters of this system are selected and analyzed.Theoretical analysis and cal-culations indicate that it can achieve significant economic benefits and has potential application value.
