摘要
纺织行业通过引入环保染料和助剂、新型纤维材料以及先进工艺与设备等方面的技术创新,大大推动了该行业的发展.随着技术的广泛应用,知识产权的有效保护则关系到创新动力的持续,也影响到企业的竞争力和行业的健康发展.因此,探讨知识产权在染整技术创新中的法律保护,可以为纺织行业的可持续发展提供理论参考.
Abstract
The textile industry has greatly promoted the development of the industry through the introduction of environmentally friendly dyes and auxiliaries,new fiber materials and technological innovations in advanced processes and equipment.With the wide application of technology,the effective protection of intellectual property rights is related to the continuity of innovation momentum,and also affects the competitiveness of enterprises and the healthy development of the industry.Therefore,exploring the legal protection of intellectual property rights in dyeing and finishing technology innovation can provide theoretical reference for the sustainable development of textile industry.
