Comparison of anthraquinone-based vat dyestuffs with different mother liquor conditions for dyeing meta-aramid yarns
In order to improve the stability of the vat dyestuffs mother liquor and the and sunlight resistance of me-ta-aramid after dyeing, the anthraquinone-based vat dyestuffs red F3B,yellow FG,blue ER with good sunlight resistance were selected, and the thiourea dioxide was used as the reducing agent, and a cryptochrome mother liquor for dyeing meta-aramid yarns was prepared by he dry vat reduction method. The influence of the stability of the mother liquor on the dye-ing effect and performance of meta-aramid yarns was investigated by the dosage of reductant, sodium hydroxide,dye,re-duction temperature and holding time of the mother liquor. The results show that when the dosage of selected three dyes are all 20 g/L,the dosage of sodium hydroxide is 20 g/L,thiourea dioxide with the dosage of 15 g/L is added at 50℃,and the holding time is 8 min,the mother liquor has the best reduction effect. When the amount of dye used is 3%(omf),the K/S value of the sample stained with red F3B is 3.80,the K/S value of the sample stained with yellow FG is 5.37,the K/S value of the blue ER staining sample is 4.91.Its color fastness to sunlight and friction are both greater than or equal to lev-el 3,and there is no significant change in its mechanical properties.
