摘要
以石榴皮、石榴花、苏木等为原料,利用粗提的植物染料XD,对纯棉针织物进行染色.研究了染色温度、染浴pH、染色浴比、染色时间及染料用量对植物染料XD染色性能的影响.优化染色工艺为:染色温度100℃,醋酸0.7 g/L,浴比1∶10,保温时间40 min.染色后面料的耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度均为4级,耐日晒色牢度为3～4级,能够满足服装的色牢度要求,但植物染料XD仅适合染浅色.
Abstract
Using pomegranate peel,pomegranate flower,and sappan wood as raw materials,cotton knitted fabrics are dyed with a crude extract of plant dye XD.The effects of dyeing temperature,dyeing bath pH,dyeing bath ratio,dye-ing time,and dye dosage on the dyeing performance of plant dye XD were studied.The optimal process was as follows:dye-ing temperature 100℃,acetic acid dosage 0.7 g/L,bath ratio 1∶10,holding time 40 min.After dyeing,the color fastness to soap washing and rubbing of the dyed fabric is rated level 4,and the color fastness to sunlight is rated level 3～4,which can meet the color fastness requirements of garments.However,the vegetable dye XD was only suitable for dyeing light colors.
