摘要
以二甲基环硅氧烷混合物(DMC)、四甲基二硅氧烷、烯丙基环氧聚醚、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯等为原料,经过系列反应得到异氰酸酯改性有机硅整理剂.通过对其在人棉/尼龙混纺织物上进行整理,测试了人棉/尼龙混纺织物整理后的色牢度、硬挺度、折皱回复角和手感等性能.结果表明:改性有机硅整理剂用量为30 g/L时,各方面性能均较好,织物的色牢度和弹性得到提升,手感偏挺括.
Abstract
The isocyanate modified silicone finishing agent was synthesized through a series of reaction using dimethylcyclosiloxane(DMC),1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane,allyl epoxy polyether,N,N-dimethyl ethanol amine and isophorone diisocyanate as materials.The isocyanate modified silicone finishing agent was used for the finishing of rayon/nylon blended fabrics.The color fastness,stiffness,creasy recovery angle,and hand feeling of rayon/nylon blended fabrics.before and after finishing were tested.The results show that all the properties of finished fabrics by modified silicone finishing agent are better when the dosage of the modified organsilicone finishing agent is 30 g/L.The color fastness and elasticity of the fabric are improved,and the hand feeling is stiff and smooth.
