印染废水处理中氮指标异常的诊断及对策

摘要
印染废水经处理后的稳定达标排放是企业环保管控的重点.针对印染废水出水氮指标异常情形制定了原因排查方案,从水质指标、工艺控制、菌群变化、染料使用等方面开展诊断,通过溯源分析查明氮指标异常原因.由于生产排单变化造成某酸性染料使用量短期激增,该类染料对脱氮菌群生长有毒性和抑制作用,影响了生化脱氮效果,及时采取针对性举措、优化工艺调控、建立应急联动机制,确保出水稳定达标.
Abstract
The stable and standard discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater after treatment is a key focus of environmental protection control for enterprises.A causal investigation scheme is established for the abnormal nitrogen indicators.The causes of abnormal nitrogen indicators are identified through traceability analysis of water quality indicators,process control,changes in microbial communities,and dye use.Due to changes in production discharge regulations,the use of acid dyes has increased rapidly.The chemical components of this type of dye have toxic and inhibitory effects on the growth of denitrifying bacteria,thereby reducing the efficiency of biochemical denitrification.Therefore,taking targeted measures in a timely manner,optimizing process regulation,and establishing an emergency linkage connection mechanism are beneficial to ensure stable and standardized water outflow.
