柿漆染色特征及在服饰品中的应用

摘要
为了拓宽柿漆产品的应用领域,对柿漆染色的呈色原理进行分析.结果发现,柿染具有独特的光照发色原理,有别于其他植物染材的染色原理,具有皮膜性、硬化性、色彩可变性等染色特征.设计实践显示,柿漆染色的色彩柔美含蓄、色牢度高,但与光照条件密切相关;而硬化性和皮膜性受染色材质影响明显,尤其是皮膜性.柿漆染色的现代产品设计应从染色材质、产品造型等方面进行创新设计.
Abstract
In order to broaden the application scope of persimmon lacquer products,the color rendering principle of persimmon paint dyeing is analyzed.The results show that persimmon dyeing has a unique photochromic coloring mechanism,distinct from other plant dye materials,and has the characteristics of film-forming,hardening and color variability.The design practice shows that persimmon lacquer dyeing results in gentle and subtle colors with high colorfastness,but it but is closely related to lighting conditions.However,the hardening and film-forming properties are obviously affected by the dyeing material,especially the film-forming property.Modern product design for persimmon lacquer dyeing should innovate from aspects such as dyeing materials and product shapes.
