纺织行业中商业秘密法律保护制度探析

摘要
由于科学技术的迅速发展、经济全球化以及互联网时代的到来,纺织行业在历史洪流中不断改革技术、创新设计.然而,互联网时代的到来也使得纺织设计抄袭频繁发生,这不利于保护纺织领域设计师的合法权益,更不利于纺织行业未来的发展.在纺织行业经历变革的过程中,商业秘密法律保护制度在维护纺织行业正常市场秩序,鼓励纺织技术创新方面起了举足轻重的作用.
Abstract
Due to the rapid development of science and technology,economic globalization and the arrival of the Internet era,the textile industry has continued to reforming technology and innovating design.However,the advent of the Internet era also makes textile design plagiarism frequent,which is not conducive to the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of textile designers,more conducive to the future development of the textile industry.In the process of change in the textile industry,the legal protection system of trade secrets has played a pivotal role in maintaining the normal market order of the textile industry and encouraging the innovation of textile technology.
