T800纤维的染色工艺

分析了T800纤维的结构特征,研究了染色温度、染液pH、染色浴比、保温时间及染料用量等因素对T800高水洗分散染料染色性能的影响,并对染色工艺进行了优化。优化染色工艺为:染色温度120℃、染液pH 4。0、浴比1∶20、保温时间30 min、匀染剂1 g/L。为了保证染色的均匀性,染色温度超过70℃后,应缓慢升温。染色T800的耐皂洗色牢度为4级或以上,耐摩擦色牢度为4~5级,能够满足服装面料对色牢度的要求。
Dyeing process of T800 fibers
The structural characteristics of T800 fibers are analyzed.The effects of dyeing temperature,dye solu-tion pH,dyeing bath ratio,holding time and dye dosage on the dyeing performance of high washing disperse dyes on T800 are investigated,and the dyeing process is optimized.The optimized dyeing process is as follows:dyeing temperature 120℃,dye solution pH 4.0,bath ratio 1∶20,holding time 30 min,leveling agent 1 g/L.In order to ensure the uniformity of dyeing,the dyeing temperature should be increased slowly after the dyeing temperature exceeded 70℃.The color fast-ness to soap washing of the dyed T800 is grade 4 or above,and the color fastness to rubbing is grade 4-5,which can meet the requirements of color fastness for garment fabrics.
