纺织参数对全棉自然弹面料弹性的影响

摘要
以全棉自然弹面料为研究对象,采用100%精梳细绒棉进行纺纱织造.探究了纬纱捻度、织物密度、织物组织、纱线类型4个纺织参数对全棉自然弹面料的影响,并简单介绍了全棉自然弹面料的小样染整工艺流程.由弹性数据可知,适当加强纱线捻度、织物密度能够加强全棉自然弹面料弹性,平纹织物的弹性优于斜纹织物,全棉股线织物的弹性优于单纱织物.
Abstract
Taking natural elastic cotton fabric as the research object,100%combed fine cotton is used for spin-ning and weaving.The influences of four textile parameters,namely weft yarn twist,fabric density,fabric structure,and yarn type,on natural elastic cotton fabric are explored,and the dyeing and finishing process of a small sample of all-cot-ton natural elastic fabric wis briefly introduced.According to the elasticity data,it can be seen that appropriately increas-ing yarn twist and fabric density can enhance the elasticity of all-cotton natural elastic fabric.The elasticity of plain weave fabrics is better than that of twill weave fabrics,and the elasticity of all-cotton stranded fabric is better than that of single yarn fabric.
