摘要
采用喷雾洗水设备对数码印制牛仔成衣进行喷雾加软、烘干,并与常规普洗加工进行对比.结果表明,喷雾洗水设备在印制牛仔效果成衣的后处理加工中具备节水节能、省时高效的优点,处理后效果与常规普洗方式接近,具备推广价值.
Abstract
A new process of digital printing denim effect garment softening treatment by using spray washing equip-ment was investigated,and comparing it with conventional normal garment washing process.The results show that spray washing has the advantages of water and energy conservation,time-saving,and high efficiency in the post-processing of printed denim garments.The processed effect is similar to that of the conventional normal garment washing,which can be applied in bulk production.
