纺织染整企业为了追求经济效益,往往会忽视对环境的保护,导致环境违规行为频发,不仅会对生态系统和公共健康产生负面影响,也会使自身面临严重的法律后果.因此,就纺织染整企业环境违规的法律后果与补救措施展开探讨,有助于推动企业实现环保效益与经济效益的平衡.
Abstract
In order to pursue economic benefits,textile dyeing and finishing enterprises often ignore the protection of the environment,resulting in frequent environmental violations,which will not only have a negative impact on the ecosystem and public health,but also bring themselves to face serious legal consequences.Therefore,the discussion on the legal consequences and remedial measures of textile dyeing and finishing enterprises'environmental violations is helpful to promote the balance between environmental protection and economic benefits.
