酚类化合物在水体中具有一定的高毒性和难降解性,是环境污染的重要来源,而生物酶技术能够在染整加工中替代或辅助传统化学方法处理酚类化合物,是一种有效的环境友好型技术。漆酶既可以降解和转化酚类化合物,减少环境危害,还可以通过催化生成的新颜色或改进的纤维性质,为纺织品加工带来附加价值。
Research on the application of Laccase catalyzed phenolic compounds in dyeing and finishing
Phenolic compounds are highly toxic and difficult to degrade in water,which has become an important source of environmental pollution.Biological enzyme technology can replace or assist traditional chemical methods to treat phenolic compounds in dyeing and finishing processing,which is an effective and environmentally friendly technology.Laccase can not only degrade and convert phenolic compounds,reduce environmental hazards,but also bring added value to textile processing through the catalytic generation of new colors or improved fiber properties.
