阻燃抗紫外线面料的制备和性能研究

为了探究不同的投纬比例和织物组织结构对阻燃和抗紫外线复合功能织物性能的影响,选用阻燃涤纶网络丝作为经纱,普通涤纶长丝、抗紫外线涤纶网络丝和阻燃涤纶网络丝作为纬纱,制备了9种组织结构相同但投纬比例不同和6种投纬比例相同但组织结构不同的织物.利用垂直水平燃烧测试仪和紫外分析仪分别测试织物阻燃和抗紫外线性能,基于模糊数学综合评判法,对2个系列试样分别进行模糊综合评判.结果表明:当表纬中阻燃涤纶质量分数达到80%,抗紫外线涤纶达到20%,组织结构为5枚纬缎双层时,阻燃和抗紫外线的综合效果最好.
Preparation and performance study of flame retardant and UV-resistant fabrics
In order to investigate the effects of different casting ratios and fabric organization on the performance of flame retardant and UV-resistant composite functional fabrics,nine fabrics with the same organization but different casting ratios and six fabrics with the same casting ratios but different organization were prepared by choosing flame retardant poly-ester network filament as the warp,and ordinary polyester filament yarn,UV-resistant polyester network filament yarn,flame retardant polyester network filament yarn,and flame retardant polyester network filament yarn as the weft.Vertical and horizontal combustion tester and UV analyzer were used to test the flame retardant and UV-resistant performance of the fabrics respectively,and based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the fuzzy comprehensive judgment was carried out on the 2 series of samples respectively.The results showed that when the mass fraction of flame-retardant polyester in the surface weft yarn of fabric reaches 80%,the mass fraction of UV-resistant polyester reaches 20%,and the organization-al structure is five weft satin double-layered,the integrated effect of flame-retardant and UV-resistant is the best.
