The enhancement scheme of color fastness of polyamide microfiber leather fabric was studied,and the optimal process and color fixing effect of cleaning process and treatment of anionic fixing agent TF-506N and cationic fixing agent TF-234Y conc were investigated.The results show that the color fastness to soaping of polyamide microfiber leather fabric i improved by about 3 levels after treatment,color fastness to water blister with almost no fading.The recommended cleaning process is as follows:anion low temperature soap washing powder TF-230HF 1 g/L,anion dispersant TF-2508 1 g/L,75℃for 20 min,two cycles.Anion color fixing process is as follows:TF-506N 6%(omf),impregnated at 75℃for 20 min.Cationic color fixing process is as follows:TF-234Y conc 20 g/L,dipping and fixing color.
