定形机使用导热油和蒸汽升温的利与弊

我国传统支柱和重要民生产业的印染纺织行业,仍处于高能耗的现状,不利于低碳、绿色、循环印染纺织经济发展。针对此现状,分析了印染纺织行业中高能耗设备定形机使用导热油和蒸汽升温的利与弊,设计了新的定形机排气余热回收系统与定形机㶲效率提升方案。结果表明,改进方案的进出口温差要比未改进方案低,改进后方案的进出口最低温差为10。8℃,进出口最高温差为30。7℃。与未改进方案相比,改进方案的进出口温差分别降低了3。0、3。6℃。且改进后方案的最高余热资源回收率达到96。12%,设备的㶲效率也由原来的35。62%提升到60。25%。
Advantages and disadvantages of using thermal oil and steam heating in stenter machines
The traditional pillar and important livelihood industry of printing and dyeing in China still faces high energy consumption,which is detrimental to the development of a low-carbon,green,and circular printing and dyeing econ-omy.In response to this situation,the advantages and disadvantages of using thermal oil and steam heating in high-energy consumption equipment such as setting machines are analyzed.A new exhaust heat recovery system and exergy efficiency improvement plan for the setting machine are designed.The results show that the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the improved scheme is lower than that of the unimproved scheme,with the minimum temperature difference being 10.8℃and the maximum temperature difference being 30.7℃.Compared to the unimproved scheme,the inlet and outlet temperature differences of the improved scheme were reduced by 3.0℃and 3.6℃,respectively.Additionally,the maximum heat recovery rate of the improved scheme reached 96.12%,and the equipment's exergy efficiency increased from 35.62%to 60.25%.
