Quantitative analysis methods of fabrics containing cotton and regenerated cellulose fibers
Hydrochloric acid method was used to discuss the quantitative analysis method of cotton and recycled cellulose fabrics.Through examples, the factors affecting the determination of fiber content and matters needing attention were explored. The results show that the test conditions for the complete dissolution of regenerated cellulose fibers should be clarified. At the same time,a group of blank cotton fabric samples are made to determine its d value. In interleaved or spliced fabrics, the parts containing regenerated cellulose fibers should be split to reduce the damage of cotton fibers. The content of cotton and regenerated cellulose fiber can be determined accurately by appropriate experimental method.
