The analysis and interpretation of GB/T 12703.1-2021 Textiles-Test methods for electrostatic propensity-Part 1:Test method using corona charging(hereinafter referred to as the new standard)are conducted,and compared with GB/T 12703.1-2008 Textiles-Test methods for electrostatic propensity-Part 1:Static half period(hereinafter referred to as the old standard)in terms of experimental principles,scope of application,humidity adjustment and test environment,test equipment,pre-test sample preparation and humidity conditioning,and test reports.The differences between the new and old versions are analyzed.
